A hospital in Brazil needed a solution to protect its critical environment, with a rapid Incident Response time. The client also wanted to create a reference for the segment.

We used a range of solutions on xMDR including SOC, CSIRT, and SOAR as a service/automation. We also provided SIEM as a service with ArcSight.

As a result, the client came to see Cipher as a trusted advisor. They were also the first hospital we had as a client. Thanks to Cipher's "vendor agnostic" services approach, several business opportunities opened up in this client, which we are fighting to capture.
